The standard production length is 1,000 mm. Custom diameter and length requests are evaluated according to technical suitability and order quantity.
CALIBRATED PRODUCTION
Consistent diameter and surface along the full length.
Profiling and quality control target a consistent diameter along the rod. Products are inspected for moisture, surface and dimensions before packaging.
HANDLING AND PACKAGING
Prepared for storage
and shipping.
Dowel rods are bundled according to diameter and order quantity. Export orders are wrapped in protective film, palletised and loaded for container transport.
